Lantern HR was founded by Amy Saini and Emily Lord, long-time HR professionals and trusted advisors united by a shared passion for people, leadership, and well-being. With more than two decades of experience each, they have supported leaders and organizations through growth, change, and complex people moments across non-profits, community organizations, Indigenous organizations, and values-driven businesses.
